FAQS about readings

Can I book an IN PERSON session? All readings are done via Zoom video or telephone only (Anna does not offer In Person sessions). Enjoy your session in the comfort of your own home. No matter what state or country you are in, Anna can connect with you.

What if I live outside the USA? Anna is looking forward to connecting with you via Zoom video. Simply click on your time zone while booking your session online. Anna is based in the USA, in the state of New York, if you are booking from another country your session will be done via Zoom video (Telephone readings are not available to clients who live outside of the USA, instead Anna will connect with you via Zoom video).

What if I prefer to have my reading done via telephone? If you live in the USA and would prefer a telephone reading, no problem, while booking online there will be a form to fill out in which to request your session be done via telephone. Then Anna will call you at the phone number you provided at your scheduled reading time.

Is there a cancelation policy? Yes, the policy is as follows:
- All sessions are paid for in full at the time of your appointment booking. If you cancel your appointment at anytime, the session fee is NONREFUNDABLE. However, the session fee is TRANSFERABLE as long as you cancel 24HRS prior to your scheduled appointment. If you cancel less than 24HRS prior to your scheduled appointment the session fee is nonrefundable and nontransferable (no longer eligible for transfer). In the event that your session fee is transferable, you will receive an email with a credit code, that credit can be used toward any type of session/workshop in the future. The credit code is valid for 6 months, after 6 months the credit code will expire. If for any reason you fail to show up and or miss your scheduled appointment this is considered a NO SHOW appointment, in the event of a no show, your session fee is nontransferable and nonrefundable.

What if i need to reschedule my appointment? You can reschedule your appointment at anytime as long as it is at least 6 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. In your confirmation and reminder email there will be a reschedule button, simply click on it to reschedule your appointment. Or you can email us at annamirandainfo@yahoo.com and Anna or her assistant will assist you.

How do I get the Zoom link for my appointment? All appointment details including Zoom link will be sent to you in a confirmation email after booking. You will also get the same information in a reminder email that will be sent to you 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Can I record my session or is a recording provided for me? No, recording of sessions is not permitted. However, you can take notes during the session. We kindly request that you respect this policy.

Why do I need to provide my birth information? Anna is an astrologer, astrologers use your birthdate, exact time, city/state and country of birth to calculate where the stars, comets and planets were in position at the time of your birth. This info is needed for the astrological portion of the reading. Exact birth time is needed for proper coordinates, including time of day AM or PM. This portion of the reading is optional if you are booking an Intuitive Coaching Reading but is mandatory for Soul Contract reading. For Spirit Biz this is also optional but highly recommended.

What is intuitive coaching and how is it different from a traditional psychic reading? Anna is an intuitive specialist, so during your session she will be psychically tapping into your vibration and channeling as a traditional psychic would do, but she is also an astrologer and master coach. Therefore, she will also be referring to your astrological energies and will be providing life coaching skills to help you strategize and help you reach your potential. Sessions are interactive, meaning the essence of the session is based in life coaching but includes the intuitive arts as a foundation.

What is a soul contract reading? Soul contract reading is based on the belief that we choose our life challenges and gifts prior to our birth. The soul creates these life contracts in order to provide a vehicle for soul growth. There are many variations and layers to soul contracting but to put it in its simplest form, it is a vehicle of growth, that we choose in order for soul development. What is a Spirit Biz reading- In this reading Anna will tap into the vibration of your business, project or endeavor and provide intuitive insight into the pockets of potential within it and the possible blockages or challenges.
