FAQS about Energia

  • Can I book an IN PERSON session? All Energia sessions are done via Zoom video or telephone only (Anna does not offer In Person sessions). Enjoy your session in the comfort of your own home. No matter what state or country you are in, Anna can connect with you.

  • What if I live outside the USA? Anna is looking forward to connecting with you via Zoom video. Simply click on your time zone while booking your session online. Anna is based in the USA, in the state of New York, if you are booking from another country your session will be done via Zoom video (Telephone sessions are not available to clients who live outside of the USA, instead Anna will connect with you via Zoom video).

  • What if I prefer to have my healing session done via telephone? If you live in the USA and would prefer a telephone session, no problem, while booking online there will be a form to fill out in which to request your session be done via telephone. Then Anna will call you at the phone number you provided at your scheduled time. 

  • Is there a cancelation policy? Yes, the policy is as follows:

    • All sessions are paid for in full at the time of your appointment booking. If you cancel your appointment at anytime, the session fee is NONREFUNDABLE. However, the session fee is TRANSFERABLE as long as you cancel 24HRS prior to your scheduled appointment. If you cancel less than 24HRS prior to your scheduled appointment the session fee is nonrefundable and nontransferable (no longer eligible for transfer). In the event that your session fee is transferable, you will receive an email with a credit code, that credit can be used toward any type of session/workshop in the future. The credit code is valid for 6 months, after 6 months the credit code will expire. If for any reason you fail to show up and or miss your scheduled appointment this is considered a NO SHOW appointment, in the event of a no show, your session fee is nontransferable and nonrefundable.

  • What if i need to reschedule my appointment? You can reschedule your appointment at anytime as long as it is at least 6 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. In your confirmation and reminder email there will be a reschedule button, simply click on it to reschedule your appointment. Or you can email us at and Anna or her assistant will assist you.

  • How do I get the Zoom link for my appointment? All appointment details including Zoom link will be sent to you in a confirmation email after booking. You will also get the same information in a reminder email that will be sent to you 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

  • Can I record my session or is a recording provided for me? No, recording of sessions is not permitted. However, you can take notes during the session. We kindly request that you respect this policy. 

  • How can a healing session be done virtually or telephone? How does it work? All healing and transformation is simply an energetic exchange and shift in mindset and intention. This can be done anytime and anywhere, energy has no physical form and is not limited by time and space. Anna acts as a guide to help you create your own shift, she can not facilitate the shift for you, rather she holds a space and opens a door for you to create the shift within yourself. She provides insight and coaches you through the shifting process.
